Our Beta Bed™ system provides the necessary hardware to allow you to build a murphy-bed within a wooden cabinet. These murphy bed mechanism kits are proving extremely popular across Europe & America, allowing cabinet builders to utilise their skills & material resources complimented by the BETA Bed™ components & plans.

The BETA Bed™ is an extremely cost-effective method of building a murphy-bed. Instead of purchasing metal frames and slatted lying surfaces from us, you construct the bed frame from timber with the BETA Bed™ kit providing the hinges, counter-balance and ingenious universal leg system. The design includes our heavy duty, easy operation lift mechanism and Trip-Free leg system and is designed to exceed the strength of aluminium. Full instructions are provided.

This unique kit is the perfect solution for those with space restrictions who would ordinarily be unable to consider using a standard sized murphy-bed. Our Beta Bed™ systems allow the user to create a Small Single, Single, Small Double, Double, King or Queen sized bed and the versatility of the design gives the user the option to mount the frame in the vertical or horizontal mode.

The maximum recommended mattress depth is 28cm.

For stocked items of wall bed mechanisms (without cabinetry or panelling), mattresses or spares, we normally dispatch same or next day for next day delivery to UK mainland. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) between 8am-6pm. If you require delivery on a specific date this can also be arranged through our sales team. Our sales team will contact you once your order has been placed to arrange delivery for a suitable date.
